Are these the final Reefspan prices?
No. The $8, $14 and $20 per-user monthly rates are proposed list prices in US dollars. Final rates, billing terms, feature allocations and any connectivity allowances will be confirmed in your quote.
Can I use my own identity provider?
Yes. Reefspan supports Entra ID, Okta, Google and other OIDC providers for user sign-in and MFA.
Are connections to office firewalls supported?
Yes. Reefspan supports site-to-site IPsec IKEv2 with UniFi, Fortinet, pfSense, Meraki and SonicWall firewalls. Available routing and failover configurations depend on the firewall model, firmware and network setup.
Can an MSP manage multiple customers?
Yes. Reefspan reseller workspaces let MSPs and IT providers manage multiple customer organizations from one console.
Is wholesale pricing available for partners?
Wholesale pricing can be discussed with MSPs, technology vendors and carriers. Rates, eligibility, volume commitments and support terms are negotiated and confirmed by agreement.
How are users counted for billing?
The proposed prices use a per-user monthly model. The final definition of a billable user, device allowances, proration and billing terms will be specified in your quote or service agreement.
How many office tunnels are included?
Reefspan supports site-to-site IKEv2 connectivity, but no fixed tunnel allowance is included in these proposed public prices. The number of sites, routing requirements and any plan allowances will be agreed during quoting.
Can my organization use full-tunnel or split-tunnel access?
Yes. Reefspan supports full-tunnel or split-tunnel routing at the organization level, together with custom DNS settings.
